The MOR Motorsport X Bailey Cole Racing Team Affiliation - How it came about

Jack and Amy at the Baja 1000, 2022

At the end of 2022, Jack and Amy had the trip of a lifetime to America and Mexico to the Baja 1000! Meeting so many like-minded and motorsport-passionate individuals during this trip led to an invitation to volunteer at King of the Hammers (KOH).

This gave us about three and a half weeks to move from Alice Springs, NT to Mount Gambier, SA. It took two trips to move everything in some of the hottest December weather! But we persevered and headed back to the States just after Christmas.

In the early days of being Hammers event crew, an even bigger opportunity came our way – crewing for an established and highly competitive driver – Bailey Cole. After KOH, we maintained our Triple Crown bid at the Mint 400. This meant extending our trip and pushing back flights home.

After working together and racing at these events it became clear we would not be parting ways. Instead opting to 'affiliate', collaborate and compete together at races in America and Australia for 2023. We have also started to plan and dream together for 2024 and beyond.

We are grateful for this chance encounter and feel confident our affiliation will continue to deepen and thrive over the coming months and years. Combining our teams in this way allows us to offer something unique to our Team Partners and gives our supporters more reason and opportunity to cheer us along!
